These sober, healing-centered community workshops lead by Chelsea McFadden and Tristen Winfield in honor of Juneteenth. They will take place at Lululemon in Lincoln Park. You can attend just one event or both in one day for a bundled rate. Lululemon will provide mats, blankets and blocks as well as smoothies to follow the sessions. Please note that these June 19th workshops that are intended for Black community members. The June 5 sessions are open to all.

Connect to your breath, body and community in this one hour Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra workshop designed to recharge and restore your body and mind lead by Chelsea McFadden. Yin Yoga is a slower paced yoga practice that invites us to learn to sit in stillness and connect with the present moment. Yoga Nidra - the yoga of sleep - is a conscious relaxation practice that can help cultivate deep rest in mind, body and spirit. Lululemon will provide mats, blocks, blankets and smoothies to follow.
Returning to Rituals : A Black Queer Healing with TuneInWithTristen
This intentional intimate session will allow us to reconnect and recenter with an offering breathwork, guided meditation and sound vibration healing. Through touch and sound, I want heal my community. I want to offer nourishment and activate the parts of us that are most vital to our evolution and joy. The parts that have been forgotten, neglected and oppressed. Bring a journal and something to write with; Lululemon will provide mats, blocks, blankets and smoothies to follow.
