We’re Every Woman! For our March edition at Sleeping Village, our all- queer & trans femme family is celebrating Women’s History month with an homage to the music that is the beating heart of our party from Chaka Khan to Mariah Carey. Our legendary dolls Empress Darling Shear & Miss Angelica Grace have a special show in store, VITIGRRL & Icey Bby will be paying tributes to the greats on the decks and Your Godmutha & Party Mom will be there to welcome you.

We’ll also be honoring trans resilience and greatness in collaboration with Chi Therapy Collective,  who will be on site to share knowledge about their Hire Trans Now initiative in advance of Trans Day of Visibility March 31. Ten percent of ticket sales will also go toward their flagship campaign Trans-Inclusive Chicago, which “focuses on uplifting Trans communities and challenges Chicago organizations to Get Trained, Get Feedback and Hire Trans Now.” 
We’ve partnered with Clean Air Club to provide air purifiers in the concert hall and we will have K95 masks available at check-in. Booth reservations for people with mobility issues, who are pregnant or postpartum or otherwise need a seat can email slomoparty@gmail.com by March 15th. Sleeping Village is wheelchair accessible and spots in the venue for the best visibility can be reserved as well.
