Are you ready to get unstuck, dive deep, and bring your whole self to your sex life? Join Rena McDaniel, MEd, Certified Sexologist, and pleasure-positive sex therapist and educator, to learn one simple equation that will help you embark on an adventure to turn on your ons, turn off your offs, and dive deep into pleasure with boldness and courage, all by utilizing the latest (and sexiest!) science, of course. You can expect a mix of teaching of the science being desire and arousal with flipboard illustrations, interactive group brainstorming and discussion, small group discussion, and individual reflection. A little bubbly and a snack will be served to loosen you up, if you'd like.
This workshop is designed to be inclusive of all sexual and gender identities, relationship structures, and current relationship statuses. This is accomplished by using inclusive language that doesn't gender bodies or genitals unnecessarily, citing examples from alternative relationship structures and not assuming that monogamous relational structures are the norm or ideal, and focusing on pleasure instead of orgasm, which takes into account possible trauma histories, differences in different bodies' abilities, and different levels of interest in sex.

Rena McDaniel, MEd, LCPC, is a queer, pleasure-positive sex therapist, educator, and writer, focused on creating conversation and opportunities for personal exploration that expand folk’s capacity for pleasure, audacity, and embodying their most authentic self.
